All our products are purchased by us directly from the manufacturer and meet and/or exceed the relevant Australian Safety Standards. Each item has a fully recorded safety and cleanliness record whilst in our hire inventory. Our items are offered for sale ex-hire when we regularly update our inventory in order to keep our products fresh and new.
All our managers are friendly, professional and helpful. All managers are fully qualified child restraint professionals who can fit your child restraint for a minimal fee. We offer our customers a money back guarantee if they are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness or quality of the hire equipment. We offer flexible delivery to all areas listed here. Payment is on delivery by cash, cheque or credit card. All items will incur a refundable bond.
Our customers are divided into three main categories:
Parents-to-be choosing to hire a capsule or travel system for a period of 4-6 months. Grandparents or childless households who have babies/toddlers coming to stay at their house for a period from one day to two months. These customers choose to hire our short term carseats, highchairs, portacots, toys etc.
Holiday makers arriving in the local area who need quality products delivered to their holiday destination in order to make their house a ‘home away from home.
