Backyard Glamping Parties

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They unfairly withheld my bond, claiming damages that were entirely untrue. After reviewing the video footage of the supposed incident, it was clear that my daughter did nothing wrong. Our security cameras clearly showed from start to finish footage where at no point did and 11-year-old girl jump on their equipment. The footage also shows the owner Rebekah, who is making these claims personally pick up and handle the equipment where any damage would’ve clearly been visible at the time. It wasn’t until days later that Rebekah herself claimed that there was irreparable damage to these products, the same products which she visibly, and personally handled her herself on the day. Their accusations were baseless, and their refusal to release the bond is entirely unjust. This experience has been stressful and frustrating, and their lack of integrity and poor customer service have left a terrible impression. I would not recommend dealing with this company, as they’ve shown no concern for honesty or fairness, and unfairly keeping bonds despite video footage showing that no child jumped on the equipment as accused
