The Art Studio
Located in the beautiful beach side suburb of Maroubra in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, The Art Studio provides a variety of art classes for children and adults of all ages and experience levels, in a fun and friendly learning environment.
We offer Beginner Drawing and Painting Art Classes, Children and Teen Art Classes, Art Events, Art Birthday Parties and fantastic Art Retreat holidays around Australia!
THE FOUNDER

The Art Studio is managed by local Sydney artist Osnat Almog. Osnat is an exhibiting artist with a BA in Fine Art (National Art School) and a Master of Art (College Of Fine Art). Osnat established The Art Studio in 2010 with more than 15 years experience in teaching art classes and facilitating workshops and art courses.
CREATIVE KIDS

Colourful, playful and totally hands-on, The Art Studio’s Creative Kids art classes make learning painting and drawing techniques enjoyable. Throughout the term, we discover the world of art through a variety of themes. We offer two workshops each day with various themes and art materials.
All of our teachers are qualified artists, with extensive experience in teaching children and are authorised by the Commission for Children and Young People NSW.
Our creative classes are lots of fun as well as educational, with a focus on learning and developing artistic skills.
SCHOOL HOLIDAY CREATIVE WORKSHOPS

Perfect for ages 5 to 12 years old, classes are conducted in groups of up to 12 children. Learn new art skills while having fun with friends and you get to take home your awesome creations! Check out our creative program online.
YOUNG ARTISTS

We seek out talented children age 9 to 15 years old, that have a genuine interest in developing their artistic skills, creating quality artworks and exhibiting in local art shows. Each student will have their own easel to work on, including canvases and a personal kit of art materials. These classes are designed to help kids develop creative thought, inspire imagination, encourage self-expression and foster artistic potential.
CREATIVE BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Have a fun and creative art party at your home or venue of your choice. We can come to you or you can come to one of our venues and community halls across Sydney that can cater to as many participants as you want.
The Art Studio offers a creative and colourful art party with themed arts and crafts workshops for children age 5 years old onwards. Facilitated by professional artists, our interactive birthday workshops are engaging, entertaining and fantastic fun!
